Android 13 QPR3 brings the following new features:

Android 13 QPR3 Beta 1 fixes the following issues:
- Fixed an issue where the clock text color was wrong on the lock screen.
- Fixed an issue where Bluetooth audio was not working properly on some devices.
- Fixed an issue where the fingerprint icon usually displayed on the screen to indicate the location of the fingerprint sensor changed incorrectly to an exclamation point (!).
- Fixed an issue where live wallpapers could not be selected or used.
- Fixed an issue that reset widgets, app icon positions, and other configurable options on the home screen after installing an OTA update.
- Fixed an issue that caused devices to unregister Face Unlock after installing an OTA update.
