Apple has unveiled the beta version of “Passwords”, its new password management app, for iOS 18. The software promises a range of features to enhance user security and credential organization:

  • Diverse Categories: Includes specific categories for access keys, security codes, and Wi-Fi passwords.
  • iCloud Synchronization: Allows credentials to be stored and synchronized across devices and iCloud accounts.
  • Integrated Search Bar: Makes it easy to locate specific credentials within the app.

Additionally, “Passwords” offers:

  • Filtering and Sorting: Users can filter and sort their passwords by creation date, edit date, and alphabetical order.
  • Siri Integration: Enables voice commands to quickly locate passwords, such as “Show my passwords” or “What is my Netflix password?”.
