The MMORPG Arthdal Chronicles, based on the Korean fantasy drama of the same name, is set to launch on April 30 for iOS, Android, and PC. The game, developed by Netmarble, has been in pre-registration since February 15 on the official website, App Store, and Google Play in four countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and South Korea.
Arthdal Chronicles is a cross-platform game that allows players to choose from different classes and professions and explore a vast open world inspired by mythology and ancient history.
The game features a dynamic combat system, including group battles, dungeons, PvP, and alliance wars. Players can form teams with other users or compete against each other for territories and rewards.
Arthdal Chronicles is one of Netmarble’s most ambitious projects, known for other successful games like Lineage 2: Revolution, Seven Knights, and Blade&Soul Revolution. The game is based on the fantasy drama Arthdal Chronicles, which aired on tvN in 2019 and featured a star-studded cast, including Song Joong-ki, Kim Ji-won, Jang Dong-gun, and Kim Ok-bin. The drama narrates the story of a legendary hero fighting for the fate of an ancient civilization.
