Cassette Beasts is now available for pre-registration on Google Play; release date announced

Positively reviewed on Steam and featuring gameplay reminiscent of classic Pokémon games, Cassette Beasts is set to launch on mobile devices.

At the end of April, developer Raw Fury announced the start of pre-orders for the mobile version of Cassette Beasts, a game in the spirit of Pokémon, for iOS devices. Now, players using Android devices can also pre-register via Google Play. The official release is scheduled for June 4th.

In Cassette Beasts, players are tasked with collecting monsters and using their powers to battle enemies. The mechanics are similar to the Pokémon universe, but with an interesting twist: instead of storing monsters in special balls, players use tapes to record the sounds of monsters. After listening to these recordings, the player can transform into the corresponding creature.

To avoid missing the release of Cassette Beasts on mobile devices, pre-register now on both Google Play and the App Store. The first chapter will be available for free, and players who wish to unlock the full version can do so for approximately $5.99.
