Disney Speedstorm: Global release in July for mobile devices

Mobile version of the Disney character-based racing game to be released for iOS and Android.

The mobile version of Disney Speedstorm will be launched globally on July 11th. The information was released by the game’s developers, who are currently testing it in various countries. Publisher Gameloft confirmed that the game will be available for mobile devices with iOS and Android operating systems starting from this date.

Players can choose from a variety of iconic Disney characters. The tracks are inspired by famous locations and filled with references from the studio’s movies and cartoons.

Since the release of Disney Speedstorm on Steam in 2023, the game has faced criticism related to its monetization model. The developer implemented a microtransaction system that, according to some players, favors those who are willing to spend real money.

If you’re interested, the game is available for pre-registration on the Google Play Store and App Store.
