Google launched the beta version of its Android emulator for PC, Google Play Games, in more than 120 countries. The program allows users to play more than 100 Android games on the computer screen, without needing a smartphone or tablet.
Google Play Games is an alternative to third-party emulators, which do not always work well or are safe. The program requires Windows 10, a processor with four physical cores, 8 GB of RAM, an integrated graphics card from Intel and 10 GB of free space on an SSD. It is also necessary to enable hardware virtualization in the BIOS settings.
To download Google Play Games, just access the official website and follow the instructions. The complete list of countries and games available can be consulted in the manual. Google says it is working to add more games and features to the emulator, and asks for user feedback to improve the experience.
