Krafton has released a video showcasing the classes that players will be able to choose from in the upcoming beta test of Dark & Darker Mobile. The test is scheduled to take place at the end of April, as previously announced.
The video highlights five distinct classes that will be accessible in the mobile version of the game. The first class presented is the Fighter, who wields a sword and shield to block attacks and counterattack. The class is described as having a timing component in its battles, suggesting that the ability to react quickly will be crucial for players who choose this class.
The second class is the Rogue, who fights with two blades and has the ability to attack enemies from behind. The class can also become invisible, allowing players to stealthily approach opponents without being detected. Without a shield, the Thief relies on agility to dodge attacks.
The Cleric is the third class revealed, armed with a shield and a heavy mace. In addition to having broader attacks, the Cleric can heal allies in an area around them, providing vital support during combat.
The fourth class, the Ranger, uses magic to strengthen their arrows and repel attacks. This class is capable of strategic jumps, allowing players to attack from afar after dodging melee attacks.
Finally, the Barbarian is introduced as a class that wields a two-handed axe, effective against enemies with shields. Some of their attacks can directly hit opponents’ heads, bypassing defense. The Barbarian is also highlighted as particularly useful against large and resilient enemies, such as trolls.
