New shooter game “Into the Void” enters testing phase in China

Hangzhou Jinshenshu Technology launches open beta for third-person shooter game.

Hangzhou Jinshenshu Technology has initiated open beta testing for the third-person shooter game “Into the Void” in China. The game, featuring an anime style, is available for mobile devices running Android and iOS, as well as a PC version. The testing phase began in June 2024 and is scheduled to conclude on the 27th of this month.

Into the Void is restricted to players located in China during this testing period. Chinese players have already started to evaluate the project, highlighting the realistic graphics and intense combat. However, common criticisms include performance issues, frame rate drops, device overheating, and a limited variety of characters and enemies.

Before this open phase, the game underwent a closed beta in China in September 2023, exclusive to Android and PC players. This initial test helped develop and adjust the game based on the feedback received.

The developers have not yet disclosed information regarding the official release date of the game. There are currently no details about a possible global version of Into the Void.
