Rebellion, the game publisher, has announced that the game Sniper Elite 4 will soon be available for Apple mobile devices. The announcement was made through a trailer and a dedicated page on the Rebellion website. The game will be exclusively released for Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Sniper Elite 4 is a third-person tactical shooter game that puts players in the role of Karl Fairburne, a sniper during World War II. Originally released in 2017, the game is known for its gameplay that emphasizes precision and strategy on vast maps.
Rebellion also highlighted that the mobile version of Sniper Elite 4 will feature cross-save functionality within the Apple ecosystem. This will allow players to continue their gaming sessions on different Apple devices, whether at home or on the go. Regarding controls, players will be able to choose between touchscreen or gamepad usage.
While the release date has not yet been disclosed, Rebellion has stated that the game will be compatible with devices featuring specific chipsets. To play Sniper Elite 4 on mobile devices, an iPad or Mac with an M1 chipset or higher will be required, or an iPhone equipped with an A17 Pro chipset or higher, such as the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, as well as future generations of these devices.
