Ugly, a platformer and puzzle game, makes its debut on the App Store

Ugly, a platformer and puzzle game developed by the indie studio Pixel Perfect, was released on the App Store this Friday, January 23, 2024. The game had already been available on Steam since September 2023.

The game puts the player in control of a character named Ugly, who must explore a mysterious and challenging world. Featuring a minimalist graphic style and an immersive soundtrack, players must use logic and creativity to solve puzzles and uncover the game’s secrets, which include multiple different endings.

Ugly has received highly positive reviews from Steam users who praised the gameplay, story, and atmosphere of the game. Some have even compared Ugly to other puzzle games such as Limbo, Braid, and The Witness.
