Not all Chinese mobile game developers are interested in releasing games outside of China, but Ace Force 2 seems to be an exception. While mobile gamers eagerly await a replacement for games like Valorant Mobile and Overwatch Mobile, Chinese players are enjoying Ace Force, a competitive team-based first-person shooter game that has gained a lot of popularity but has never been released in the West. The good news is that the sequel, Ace Force 2, will be launched globally.
According to the information, Ace Force 2 will feature 5v5 battles with graphics that have a slight touch of anime style, reminiscent of Valorant. And the unique characters, which resemble Overwatch, are the main feature of the game, along with traditional weapons and defensive structures. Although Ace Force has some similarities to other mobile shooters, its characters and graphics set it apart.
The game is expected to be released for iOS and Android devices by the end of 2023, making Tencent, the game’s publisher, a serious contender for Valorant Mobile, despite owning shares in Riot Games, the creator of Valorant. With Ace Force 2, mobile gamers can finally enjoy a console-quality and engaging shooter game on their mobile devices.
