The game developers have announced that pre-loading of the main data package for Honkai Star Rail 1.6 is now available on Android, iOS, and PC platforms.
Pre-loading enables players to download the necessary files for the update in advance, avoiding potential network congestion on the release day.
To preload Honkai Star Rail 1.6, players should follow these steps:
- On the computer: launch the game launcher and click on the “Pre-load game” option located to the left of the “Start game” button. If you don’t see this option, it’s necessary to update the launcher.
- On the mobile phone: start the game and tap on the “Pre-load resources” button located in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
