The rally racing game Art of Rally, currently available on PC and consoles, has had its mobile release postponed. Noodlecake, the publisher responsible for the mobile version, announced that the game will not be launched on the initially scheduled date of December 14, 2023, but rather on January 18, 2024.
According to the publisher, the reason for the delay is that developers need more time to refine the controls and optimize the game for a broader range of devices. Additionally, they promise to add support for more external controllers during this period.
The good news is that the pre-order discount, offering the game for $4.99, will likely continue until the release in January.
Art of Rally is a racing game that pays homage to the ‘golden era’ of rally racing, featuring retro cars from the 1960s to 1980s. The game employs an isometric view and a minimalist graphic style, contrasting with realistic physics and detailed scenarios. With over 50 cars and 72 stages set in different countries and climates, the game includes a career mode, a free mode, and an online mode.
The game is already available for pre-registration on the Google Play Store and the App Store.
