The Chinese studio Pan Studio has unveiled the first gameplay trailer for their action RPG, Duet Night Abyss, created in the spirit of Genshin Impact. The publisher is Hero Entertainment, known for games like Crisis Action and Bomb Man.
The game is set in a fantasy world that combines magic and futuristic technology. To combat opponents, you can utilize melee weapons and various rifles, grenade launchers, and crossbows (weapons can be swapped in real-time, even during battle). The trailer showcases some of the available weapons, such as a giant sword, an electric pistol, and a machine gun.
It is known that the game will feature multiple playable characters with different backgrounds. Key features include a “high degree of freedom”, beautiful anime-style graphics, and spectacular battles against adversaries, including demonic creatures and mechanized beings. The game will also include an online cooperative system, allowing players to team up with friends to tackle greater challenges.
Pre-registration is already available on the official website. The project is being developed for PC, iOS, and Android. The exact release date has not been announced yet, but it is expected to hit the market in 2024.
