Path of Exile fans who were hoping for news about the mobile version of the game were disappointed with what they saw at ExileCon 2023, an event that took place on July 29 and 30. The event revealed several details about the portability of Path of Exile, but did not give any forecast of when the game will be available for mobile devices.
During the presentation of ExileCon 2023, the developers announced that the beta test of Path of Exile 2 will start on June 7, 2024 and showed a short demonstration of Path of Exile Mobile. The demonstration, however, made it clear that the game is still in a very early stage of development, with simple graphics and limited gameplay. A player even asked the developer of Path of Exile Mobile if he could talk about the deadline or the release time of PoE Mobile, but did not get a concrete answer.
Despite the event not announcing any official release date, it became quite evident that both Path of Exile 2 and Path of Exile Mobile are still far from being released. Fans will have to wait a little longer to be able to play the popular action RPG on their phones or tablets.
