Lost Ark Mobile: The testing of the MMORPG's mobile version may occur in September 2024

Smilegate RPG, a South Korean company, announced a restructuring in the development team of the game Lost Ark Mobile. According to information released by the MTN portal, the company plans to conduct beta tests of the mobile version of the MMORPG in September 2024.

Development of Lost Ark Mobile has been ongoing since 2018, a period considered lengthy even for large game projects. So far, Smilegate RPG has not disclosed specific details on how or where the tests will be conducted, but it is likely they will initially take place in South Korea, following the company’s usual methodology.

During the G-Star 2023 event, Lost Ark Mobile, being developed using Unreal Engine 5 technology, caught the attention of journalists and gaming enthusiasts.

The expectation is that the official launch of Lost Ark Mobile will take place in 2025. The company has not yet confirmed a specific date, but players and the gaming industry are awaiting further announcements that may provide more information on the development progress and future plans for the game.
