The mobile game of augmented reality Monster Hunter Now, released in September by Capcom and Niantic, reached the mark of 10 million downloads on iOS and Android devices. The game allows the players to explore the real world in search of giant monsters, that can be hunted, captured or tamed.
To celebrate the achievement, the developers are offering the players some special treats, such as an amount of currency of the game, two potions and a Wander Droplet. To receive these gifts, the players must enter the code MHNow10M in the virtual store of the game until November 21st.
Monster Hunter Now is an adaptation of the popular game of RPG action Monster Hunter, that has sold more than 70 million copies on various platforms. The game uses the technology of augmented reality from Niantic, the same behind Pokémon Go, to create an immersive experience through the mobile device.
