Monster Hunter Now receives its biggest update since its launch

The augmented reality game brings new weapons, challenges, and events to monster hunters.

Monster Hunter Now, the augmented reality game that lets players hunt giant monsters in the real world, has just received its first major update since its October release. The update, named Fulminations of Frost, introduces new weapons, events, and more.

In addition to new weapons and monsters, the game also features new events to celebrate the holiday season. From December 15 to 17, players can take part in a special event offering a new way to hunt monsters.

Another in-game event is the Happy Hunt for New Year, starting on December 23 and running until January 8. During this event, two classic Monster Hunter series monsters will return: the Pink Rathian and the Black Diablos.

With all these additions, December will be a bustling month in Monster Hunter Now. The game is available for free on Android and iOS devices, requiring an internet connection and GPS to function.
