TiMi Studios, the studio responsible for the development of Need for Speed Mobile, has announced the date for the first closed beta test of the global version of the game for Android devices. The closed beta test will start on December 5 and end on the 19th. Players who signed up on the official game website have already started receiving invitations via email.
Need for Speed Mobile is a racing game with a large open world and dozens of cars that can be customized by players. The game is based on the popular Electronic Arts (EA) franchise and uses the Unreal Engine 4 to create stunning graphics. The game will be released only for Android and iOS, with no plans for a PC or console version.
To participate in the closed beta test, players will need an Android device with the following minimum specifications: Android 9 or higher, 6 GB of RAM, 20 GB of internal memory, a Snapdragon 710, Helio G70, Kirin 810, Exynos 9610 processor, or more powerful, and a Qualcomm Adreno 616, Mali G52, or more powerful GPU.
It is worth noting that the requirements are for a version still in development; likely, the final version of the game will be more optimized.
