Ubisoft and Netflix have announced the release of a new action RPG in the roguelike style called Mighty Quest: Rogue Palace. The game is set in the same universe as The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, but features an updated formula with more narrative depth and gameplay mechanics similar to games like Diablo.
The trailer showcases huge dungeons to explore in search of loot, as well as enemies and traps to defend against. Although details about the game are still scarce, Ubisoft promises a structure capable of offering a nearly infinite degree of replayability, suggesting the presence of procedural systems to support the setup.
Mighty Quest: Rogue Palace will be released on April 18th and, as part of Netflix’s mobile game tradition, subscribers to the streaming platform will be able to download the game for free on their iOS and Android devices. With its combination of action RPG and roguelike, Mighty Quest: Rogue Palace seems to be an exciting title for mobile gamers in search of a new adventure.
